FHA Loan Limits Increased for 2019
Update, December 15, 2018: the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) recently announced that they are increasing FHA loan limits for most U.S. counties in 2019. This page has been fully updated to reflect those changes.
In high-cost areas across the United States, FHA’s loan limit “ceiling” was increased to $726,525 for 2019. The housing agency also increased its “floor” to $314,827. These changes are the result of rising home values.
Here are the new loan limits for 2019 for our 4 local counties:
